At Running Gear Shop, we stand behind our premium running gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your running shoes or accessories, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our global community of runners.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on RUNNING SOCKS unless they are defective or incorrect items received. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Running Gear Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Product Name: [Product Name] – Size/Color: [If applicable] – Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please specify] Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return

If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item (especially important for our performance running shoes like Altra, Hoka One One, or On Running models):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement

International Returns

For our global runners (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Processing may take 2-3 weeks due to international shipping
