Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate runners worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
Standard Shipping – $12.95

β’ Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (for orders over $50)
β’ Carrier: EMS
β’ Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your running gear as much as we do. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, RUNNING SOCKS cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect items received. Please double-check your size selection before purchasing socks.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and details
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your contact information
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Process
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and include a note specifying your desired replacement item.
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged items or incorrect products (especially important for performance shoes like Altra, Hoka One One, or On Running models):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
International Returns
For our global runners:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Processing may take 2-3 weeks due to international shipping
